Word Bearers Sergeant in Mark V Heresy Armour

I just had an idea of what the Mark V would look like if it had been used by the 17th Legion during/after the Heresy. The Word Bearers were mostly equipped with Mark IV armour and I didn't see any models of them in the Mark V.

Thought it would be an interesting chaos version, these round bumps on the armour are replaced with spikes and so on. I really like Mark V for a very strange reason, it gives a kind of retro feel, something from the early first codex.

I really like the idea of no edging on all the armour, especially on the shoulder pads, given how the Word bearers like to decorate them with silver flames. It was a little bit challenging to implement this idea without using these classic elements)))

My hands were reaching out to draw some complicated large silver ornaments on the edges of the shoulder pads but I decided to follow the pattern of the Mark V
